摘要
对四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病兔早期(4周)与正常兔左心功能进行比较,发现糖尿病兔左心功能已开始减退,电刺激颈迷走神经外周端时,糖尿病兔舒张末期内压(EDP)、室内压波下降段最大速率(-Smax)、室内压波上升段速率(+Smax)等三项指标下降趋势比显著低于正常对照组(EDP':P<0.001,-Smax':P<0.05,+Smax':P<0.005)。静注乙酰胆碱后,正常组与糖尿病兔左心功能各项指标也有不同程度下降,但彼此间下降趋势比无差别。结果显示,糖尿病早期即存在心功能减退和心脏迷走神经功能受损。
Cardiac functions were studied in early alloxan diabetic rabbits(4 weeks)in comparison with normal controls.When cervical vagus was stimulated by electricity,the descended trend ratios of end diastolic pressure(EDP)、peak negative-dp/dt max(-Smax)、peak positive-dp/dt max(+Smax)in diabetic rabbits were significantly lower than those in normal controls(EDP':P<0.001,-Smax':P<0.05,+Smax':P<0.005).But when acetylcholine was injected intravenously,the descended trend ratios of left ventricular functional parameters in diabetic rabbits were not significantly different from those in normal controls.The results indicated the impairment of cardiac vagal function in early diabetes.
