摘要
某船用离合器在使用过程中摩擦靴与矩形销出现了腐蚀现象.文章对这种腐蚀现象进行分析,提出了多种隔离防护方案,并通过相关试样耦合的电偶腐蚀试验研究及试样盐雾试验研究,对比筛选出较优的配对耦合,作为最终的防护实施对策.
There occurred serious corrosion on the contact surfaces of friction-shoes and rectangular-pins during the operation of a marine clutch. The paper analyzes the phenomenon and presents some isolation protection measures. By means of galvanic corrosion test and salt spray test of different coupled samples, one better couple is chosen and will be applied to the practice.
