摘要
在自动控制系统中,一个典型控制系统的控制质量要涉及到几个关键环节:根据被测介质的特性,选择不同的测量方法和仪表种类;采用不同的方法,消除信号传输过程中受到的各种干扰;从系统的可靠性、先进性和开放性等方面来选择DCS系统;根据被测介质的特点和控制参数的要求,合理地选择执行器的种类和性能;操作人员的素质培养。这五个关键环节,相辅相成,缺一不可,这样,自动控制系统才能给企业带来最大的经济效益和安全保障。
In automatic control system, the quality of a typical control system is subject to several critical elements: i. e. , characteristics of measured media for selecting different measurement methods and instruments; adopting different methods for eliminating various interference in signal transmission; selection of DCS based on reliability, advancement and open architecture; reasonable selection of categories and performance of actuators according to the characteristics of measured media and requests of control parameters; and high level trained operators. All this five major elements are necessary, and supplement and complement to each other. Only if considering all the factors may make control systems bring economic benefit and safety to enterprises.
