摘要
厂级监控信息系统SIS已成为21世纪电厂自动控制系统规范中增加的新内容,老系统改造也都在向此方向努力。从应用的角度就350MW发电机组OVATION系统实现SIS的设计思想和有关方法作了介绍,包括SIS的方案设计、工程师站和操作员站的软件设计。在电厂形成了厂级经营层(M IS)、生产管理层(SIS)和控制操作层(DCS)有机结合的自动化系统。经某电厂的实际应用证明所设计的SIS方案是可行的。
Supervisory information system (SIS) has been added into the specifications of automatic control system for power plants to be built in 21 century. In addition, the retrofit for old control systems is also including this task. The design concept of implementing SIS based on OVATION system in a 350MW power plant is introduced, including strategy design of SIS, software design of engineer and operator workstations. Organic combination of plant layer management ( MIS ), production layer management ( SIS ) and control operation layer ( DCS ) is implemented. The practical application in certain power plant proves that the designed SIS strategy is feasible.
