摘要
由于工业色谱仪在线运行状态时不允许工作人员随意操作,使用很不方便。为此,采用LabVIEW语言开发了CX8800工业色谱仿真系统;重点介绍了仿真系统界面设计中的仿真键盘、色谱峰自生成和谱图处理的编程方法。据此,用户可在PC机上模拟工业色谱仪的操作,了解仪器的分析过程,掌握色谱仪在工业过程中的使用知识,对培训工业色谱仪操作人员及优化操作条件具有明显的实用价值。
A Abstract. The operation of industrial chromatograph is uneasy because intervention of operator is not allowed when the instrument running online. Thus the LabVIEW based simulation system is developed for CX8800 industrial chromatograph. The simulation keyboard in interface design of this simulation system and the chromatograph automatic generation and the programming method of ehromatogram process are expounded. The operation on industrial chromatograph can be emulated on PC, it is easier for users to learn the procedures of analysis and master the operation knowledge of the instrument in industrial processes. The system is worth using for training operators in industrial chromatograph and optimizing operating conditions.
