摘要 带钢热连轧宽度控制过程是一个复杂的非线性过程、难以建立精确的数学模型,对于传统的数学模型的轧机计算很难实现精度要求。本文设计一种用于宽度控制的模糊控制器,模糊控制器根据推理规则获得控制系统的查询表,用Matlab语言的Sim ulink仿真工具,进行了常规控制与模糊控制的动态性能的仿真比较,结果表明模糊控制可明显提高宽度控制系统的动态性能。 The width control process on hot strip mill is complicated and non-linear. It is difficult to establish its precision mathematical models. It is very difficult to realize high precision of rolling mill calculation of the traditional mathematical model. So a new width controller based on fuzzy theory is designed. This fuzzy controller acquires the inquire table of control system according to speculate rules. The comparison of fuzzy logic control with traditional is made by simulation through the Simulink toolbox of the Matlab language. The results show that the performance of the width control system can be obviously improved by using the fuzzy logic control strategy.
