摘要
本文介绍PLC对洗碗烘干机的控制,重点介绍了PLC的选型,主要电气设备和容量,控制要求,PLC I/O口的分配及软件程序设计。
This text introduces the control of bowl washing and drying machine by PLC. First, the type of PLC, main electric equipments and their capacity are chosen and determined, followed by considering the control demand. Then, the division of I/O points of PLC and the design of the program are completed. In the program, the instruction ROL(027) and ROR(028) are mainly used to accomplish the automatic and manual control. And the instruction @XNRW(037) is used to accomplish the control of chief start and stop.
