B_2—a_6是互隔交链孢霉“B_2—a_6”菌株乙醚提取物,分别用人胚肺成纤维细施和人淋巴细胞检测其致突变性。结果发现,B_2—a_6可致人胚肺成纤维细胞姐妹染色单体互换频率增加,抑制该细胞核仁形成区的形成,未能诱导该细胞染色体畸变频率增加,但却能诱导人淋巴细胞染色体畸变频率增加。这说明从食管癌声发区——林县粮食中分离的互隔交链孢霉代谢产物B_2—a_6对人胚肺细胞和人淋巴细胞具有致突变性,可能与食管癌的发生有一定关系。
'B2 -a6 ' is an ether extract from B2 -a6 strain of fungus Alternaria Alter-nata. We have observed its mutagenicity on human fetal fibroblast cells and human lymphocytes, and the results showed that 'B2-a6' could induce high frequencies of sister chromatid exchange (SCE) and inhibit the formation of Nucteous Organizer Regions (NORs). It could not induce high frequencies of chromosome aberration (CA) in human fetal lung fibroblast cells, but could induce the high frequencies of CA in lymphocytes. The potential correlation of this fungus with the etcology of oesophageal cancer was proposed.
