摘要
紫花苜蓿Medicago sativa倍性研究是研究紫花苜蓿遗传特性、进行倍性育种的基础。本文综述了紫花苜蓿倍性研究的进展,包括不同倍性水平的紫花苜蓿的获得方法、形态差异、生理生化差异、不同倍性紫花苜蓿的鉴定及其在育种中的应用。
Ploidy studies of alfalfa were the base of studying alfalfa genetic characteristlcs and carrying out ploidy breeding. This article reviewed the advances in alfalfa ploidy studies which included methods of obtaining alfalfa plants, the morphological,physiological and biochemical differen＇ce at different ploidy levels, the methods of identifying them and their uses in breeding.
