摘要
应用1992年国家计生委组织并完成的“中国计划生育管理信息系统首次调查”数据,并从中选取全国农村自1990年以来三年中第一产出生(包括第一产死亡婴幼儿在内)的7603名婴幼儿的资料进行分析。结果表明,我国农村一产婴幼儿残疾率和死亡率与母亲初育年龄、文化水平、居住地的地理状况、社区经济发展、计划生育管理,以及卫生保健服务的可得性有关。因此,提倡优生优育,加强计划生育管理,改善我国农村生殖保健状况,从根本上加快我国农村社会经济文化的发展,将有利于降低婴幼儿残疾率和死亡率。
In response to the changed global situation and broader concept of 'reproductive health',the higher requirement for the child health care should be given in the society.as well as in the family planning program. This paper intends to describe the social economic factors that may influence the child survival in rural areas. The data used was from 'The First National Survey of Family Planning Management Information System in China' conducted by the State Family Planning Commission in Oct. 1992. Two-stage and equal probability sampling method were used. Thirty provinces (excluding Taiwan) of whole country were covered and the total number of population interviewed was 385192. The number of women in the reproductive age (15-49 years old) was 63101 in rural areas. Only the information of ever-married women who had one child born after 1989 was involved for the analysis . Cross tabulation analysis was used in this paper. The results of analysis showed that the type of geography of residence, the distance from community to the nearest clinic, the distance from community to the nearest transportation station, water resource for livingper capita income, electric supply, accessibility of health care as well as some women's characteristics, such as education, age at first giving birth are the factors that may influence infants' disabled and death rate in rural areas. Speeding up economic development, integrating family planning program with primary health care, strengthening arid improving reproductive health service in rural areas will be useful for child survival and healthy develepment.
