摘要 将大鼠鼠脑右额颞叶,快速冰冻切片进行细胞色素无化酶孵育染色,染色切片通过显微电视图像测量系统观察,数据经微机处理,结果表明苦杏仁甙有明显提高脑缺血状态下细胞色素氧化酶活性作用。 The right frontotemporal lobe of rat brain was treated with frozen section and its cy-tochrome oxidasese were incubated and stained. The stained slices were observed under TV microscopevideo measurement system and the data were disposed by digital computer. The results showed thatamygdalin can significantly improve the activity of cytochrome oxidase in the cerebral ischemic state.
