摘要
金芪降糖片是一种新型的抗糖尿病中药复方。它能降低正常小鼠、四氧嘧啶小鼠、大鼠以及自发性肥胖性糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平，并能改善四氧嘧啶小鼠糖耐量，降低血乳酸，减少皮肤糖含量，促进肝糖原的合成。
Jinqi hypoglycemic tablet(JHT)is a new Chinese patent medicine for the treatment ofdiabetes mellitus II, and developed according to the theories of traditional Chinese medicine and modernmedical sciences on diabetes. It was shown that JHT given orally can markedly lower blood glucose levelin normal and alloxan - induced diabetic mice and rats and spontaneous obese diabetic mice, decreaseblood lactate and skin glucose content in diabetic animals, and increase liver glycogen. The mechanism ofthe antidiabetic action of JHT remains to be further investigated.
