摘要
设双氢青蒿素３天疗程２４０ｍｇ、５天疗程３６０ｍｇ和７天疗程４８０ｍｇ三组，各治疗恶性疟３０例，进行疗效比较。结果表明，三组所治疗的病人平均退热时间和原虫转的时间相似，原虫复燃率则７天疗程组（无复燃）和５天疗程组（５．６％）显著低于３天疗程组（５２．０％）。三组均未发现临床不良反应。７例患者进行杀虫速度观察，表明双氢青蒿素清除９５％原虫时间为１６ｈ，推荐７天疗程４８０ｍｇ为临床适宜治疗量。
In order to find out the optimum dose and treatment course of dihydroartemisinin forFalciparum malaria,90 patients with falciparum malaria were treated with dihydroartemisinin tablet givenFor 3 days with a total dose of 240mg, 5 days with 360mg and 7 days with 480mg respectively. The resultshowed that in the three groups, the defervescence time and parasite clearance time were similar;the par-asite recrudescence rates were significantly lower in 7 - day (no recrudescence) and 5 - day groups(5.60% )than in 3 - day group(52.00% ) . No clinical side effects were found in three groups. The study ofparasite clearance rates in 7 patients showed that the time taken to obtain 95.00% parasite clearance withdihydroartemisinin was 16 hours. It is recommended that the 7-day course with a total dose of 480mg ofdihydroartemisinin is an optimum therapeutic dose.
