摘要 以科学发展观构建学习型教师组织,是新形势下学校人力资源管理的焦点课题。本文从科学发展观出发,探讨学校教学教研组织的协调和可持续发展,从制度保障、民主互动、有效激励、专业引领、营造氛围五个方面提出并分析了构建学习型教师组织的基本策略。 In the new teaching environment, the key task of the school's human resource management is to construct a leaning-typed organization of teachers with scientific view of development. This paper intends to explore the harmonious and sustainable development of the teaching and research organization. It raises and analyzes the basic strategies of constructing leaning-typed teachers' organization from the following five aspects: systematic assurance, democratic mutual aid and cooperation, effective encouragement, professional guidance, and constructive atmosphere.
