摘要
对高校管理干部的岗位与岗前培训,必须改变过去培训形式单调乏味、培训内容雾里看花、培训目标一刀切、培训计划随意的弊端,彻底根除“治标不治本”的“顽疾”,铲除“潜在的”“依样画葫芦”的“孽根”。要加速继续教育的内涵发展,奏好创新培训内容、改革培训方式、拓宽培训途径“三部曲”。
As to the in-service and pre-service training in colleges and universities, the defects must be conquered such as the dull training patterns, the vague training contents, single training aim and optional training plan so as to do away completely with "the stubborn illness" of "curing the symptoms, not the disease", eradicate "the evil root" of "potential and mechanical copy". We must speed up the connotative development of continuing education and perform perfectly the "trilogy" of creating training contents, reforming training patterns and broadening training ways.
