摘要
对经越鞠保和冲剂治疗的胃排空功能障碍４０例，采用二维实时超声显像技术作主要指 标．进行治疗前后自身对照。结果显示，治疗后大多数临床症状消失，目半排空时间、全排空时间明 显缩短．胃窦收缩频率增快，目窦收缩幅度增大，胃窦运动指数提高，与治疗前比较，有显著差异（Ｐ ＜０．０１），提示越鞠保和冲剂有明显的促进胃排空作用。
patients with gastric emptying dysfunction were treated by Yuejubaohe granule and examinated by B-type ultrasonography before and after treatment. The results showed, after treatment,the most of their clinic symptoms were obviously improved,the half and the whole gastric emptying time markedly shortened,antral contractile frequency and complitude increased and. motor index rose. There were significant difference before and after treatment (P<0. 01). These results suggested that the Yuejubaohe granule has the obvious effect for promoting gastric emptying.
