摘要
建立了一个含8个一级指标、48个二级指标的评价体系,运用SPSS软件,测算我国16个城市的高新技术产业竞争力。在此基础上,对北京、上海、深圳和广州四城市的高新技术产业竞争力进行全面比较,为政府指导高新技术产业发展提供决策依据。
A two -level model, which includes eight upper - grade indicators and forty - eight lower - grade indicators is set up to evaluate the high - technology competitiveness of 16 Chinese cities. The top four of them are Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. The strengths and the weaknesses of the four cities are compared and the suggestions are provided for further development in high technology industry.
