摘要
针对传统投资分析方法所存在的局限性,利用层次分析法构建风险评价模型,求解各系统风险因素相对于总风险的权重,从房地产公司反馈的信息来看,求解结果是合理的,具有较好的实用价值。
This thesis utilizes the the level analytic approach to structure the model of appraisal of risk to the limitation existed of analytical method of traditional investment, ask and solve the weight relative to total risk of factor of every systematic risk, according to information that the property firm feedbacks, it is rational solving result, having better practical value.
