摘要
目的调查护士对锐器损伤后的防护,以完善防护措施。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对240名不同学历护士在护理操作中针刺伤后的自我防护进行调查。结果236名护士在护理操作中受过不同次数的锐器损伤,其中仅3人接受过防护知识的培训教育,但是无1人能采取完善的防护措施。结论护理人员对各种原因造成的锐器损伤防护较差,护理管理层对护士应加强职业损伤防护知识的培训教育。
Objective To know the nurses＇ protection from sharp apparatus trauma and develop the protection intervention. Method The self protection after encountered of 240 nurses with different education were investigated with self - made questionnaire. Result 236 nurses had encountered different times of sharp apparatus trauma, only 3 nurses had accepted the training of protective education, but none of them could carry out the perfect protective measures. Conclusion Nurses are lack of protective knowledge of sharp apparatus trauma. Nurse managers should intensify the training and education of it to nurses.
