摘要
报道５例脑卒中引起的闭锁综合征（ＬＳ）患者的脑电图（ＥＥＧ）和脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）。ＥＥＧ大多数呈清醒状α节律，或杂以快的θ节律；ＢＡＥＰ则大都表现为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ波峰潜伏期（ＰＬ）及峰间潜伏期（ＩＰＬ）正常，而Ⅲ－Ⅴ波ＩＰＬ延长，Ⅳ、Ⅴ波ＰＬ延长以及波幅降低，波形分化欠佳。对ＬＳ患者同时进行ＥＥＧ和ＢＡＥＰ的检查，有助于与其他意识障碍的鉴别，并可为定位诊断提供客观依据。
EEG and BAEP were analyzed in five patients with 'locked-in' syndrome (LS) caused by stroke.EEG showed wake-like a rhythms,and occasionally with quick θ rhythms. BAEP mostly showed normal peak latency(PL) and interpeak latency(IPL) in wave Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅲ,prolongation of IPL in wave Ⅲ-Ⅴ and of PL in wave Ⅳ and Ⅴ,decrease in amplitude and undifferentiation of wave form in wave Ⅳ and Ⅴ.These results suggested that simultaneous EEG and BAEP on LS patients be benifacial to distinguish LS from other disorders of consciousness,and provide objective basis for the location of the disease.
