摘要
采用脑电地形图(BEAM)对63例脑血管病病人脑电活动进行了研究。一组正常人(n=33)脑电地形图与之对比,做出显著概率差异地形图,当Z值≥2.00时判为异常。结果表明:BEAM在发现脑血管病病人脑电活动异常及病灶定侧定位方面,较脑电图(EEG)目测分析敏感准确;轻微脑缺血病人(TIA、RIND)BEAM的异常明显率高于CT;在BEAM各频域指标中,以δ、θ、δ+θ/α+β为佳;可作为脑血管病病人的病灶定侧定位的一项独立指标。
The brain electrical activity mapping (BEAM)of 63 patients was studied and 33 normal subjects were served as control.The technique of significance probability mapping (SPM) was done.It was regarded as abnormal when Z score was over or eaqual to 2.The results showed that the BEAM was more sensitive and accurate than EEG in finding abnormal brain electrical activity and localizing the focus;Abnormality rate of BEAM was apparently higher than that of CT in mild cerebrovascular disease.The δ,θ,δ+θ/α+β were excellent among frequencies on BEAM. BEAM could be used as an independent index in localizing the focus of cerebrovascular disease.
