21例脊髓型颈椎病电刺激运动诱发电位的临床研究 被引量:4

Clinical study on electrical stimulation motor evoked potential in myeloid type cervical spondylopathy

摘要 对21例脊髓型颈椎病进行了电刺激运动诱发电位(MEP)测试。MEP异常率90.5%,以运动中枢传导时间(CMCT)延迟为主,部分见双侧CMCT差值增大,皮层刺激MEP波幅降低及波形消失。MEP变化与肌力明显相关。手术后可见异常MEP改善。结果表明,MEP检查可作为检测本病患者运动功能状态的客观定量指标,对评价手术效果及预测运动功能的恢复有意义。 Electrical stimulation motor evoked potential (MEP) was carried out in 21 patients with myeloid type cervical spondylopathy. The results showed that the abnormality rate of MEP was 90%,mainly showing prolongation of central motor conduction time (CMCT). In some patients, the difference of bilateral CMCT in creased, the amplitude of MEP wave by cortical stimulation decreased and the wave form disappeared.MEP could be regarded as an objective index to reflect the motor function of the patients. It was of great significance in evaluating the effect of operation, and predicting the recovery of the motor function.
