摘要
系统分析了纱线色差的产生原因、预防措施以及对产品质量的影响。分别阐述了原棉的选配、混合效果、纱线捻度等的因素对色纺纱线和彩棉纱线色差影响和预防措施。
In this article a series of analyses of the causes to create colour difference on yarn and its prevent measures as well as its effect on product quality are made. And the colour difference effective factors as the selection of raw cotton, cotton mixing and yarn twist, the causes to created colour difference on dyed spun yarn and colourful cotton spun yarn as well as the prevent measures are also described.
