摘要
低水平重复建设是阻碍电子政务发展的重要问题。文章在实际调研的基础上,对我国电子政务中的低水平重复建设问题的形式和危害进行了深入分析,并提出了一套完整的应对机制,以帮助决策者及时发现可能存在的低水平重复建设问题,并通过适当途径予以避免。
The redundancy development is a very serious problem that has decreased the effectiveness of e-government construction in China.This paper analyzes these problems,and purposes a solution that can help manage departments to find out redundancy problems and solve them in time.
