摘要 毒盐,“葡萄涵洋垃圾”…近年来涌现出来昀众多的食品质量安全事件.使得食品质量卫准安全成为一个热门的话题.和整个食品行业的“中心点”。 Food quality unsafe factor increasing so fast, it is has become a key problem can't be ignored and influenced the fast-developing food industry seriously. How to improve quality management level of China food industry effectively? It is an inevitable road to pursue SPC(Statistica) Process Control). What is SPC and its application in China and the meaning of application SPC in China food sector under the modernized working condition, these issue were introduced by Hu Kaixiang, general manager of IDIMENSION, in this article.
