摘要
为解决离心式锤式破碎机锤头冲击韧性低、耐磨性能差、使用寿命短的难题,在对锤头的磨损情况及磨损机理进行分析的基础上,提出了改进措施。采用固-液复合铸造的方法,制造出一种软硬材料相间、抗冲击及耐磨性能高的复合锤头。该锤头经装机使用,效果显著,其使用寿命比原合金钢锤头提高了3.5倍。
For solving the problems of lower impact toughness,lower resistivity to wear and shorter service life, witch presented in the conventional hammer head of the centrifugal type crusher, the improvement measures are put forward, based on the analyzing of hammer head wearing mechanism and wearing condition. Adopting the method of the solld-liquld composite casting, the new type anti-impact and anti-wear hammer head , in witch the soft material and hard material are alternately arranged, were made. Through applying it in crusher, the satisfactory effect shows its service life extended to 3.5 times as much as the original alloy steel hammer head.
