摘要
介绍用气浮-生物接触氧化工艺处理食品废水的工程实例。选择溶气罐工作压力为0.3MPa,释气量为50mL/L,回流比为30%,pH值控制在6~8之间,聚铝加入量在60~80mg/L之间,除油效率大于91%。接触氧化池采用城市活性污泥接种,水温为12~25℃的条件下,培养驯化30d左右。COD、SS和NH4+-N的去除率分别为93%、73%和92%。氧化塘出水可达一级排放标准。
The practical application of a project for treatment of food wastewater by air-tlotation and biological contact oxidation processes was introduced in this paper. Under the conditions of working pressure 0.3MPa, air-release quantity 50mL/L, reflux ratio 30%, controlling pH within 6-8 and PAC dosage 60-80 mg/L, the oil removal rate was greater than 91%. When contact oxidation pool was inoculated with municipal active sludge under the condition of water temperature 12-25℃ and cultivation for about 30d, the removal rates of COD, SS and NH4^+ were 93%, 73% and 92% respectively; the effluent from oxidation pond could reach the standard of the national first class discharge.
