摘要
在对硝基甲苯邻磺酸(NTS)氧化制备DNS过程中,不经中和而直接快速冷却、结晶、过滤碱性反应液,所得碱性母液可以多次循环回用于DNS的合成过程,酸、碱的消耗量及废水排放量大大降低,而产品DNS的收率稳定在85%左右。
In the course for air oxidation of P-nitrotoluene-O-sulfonic acid to prepare DNS, the alkaline mother liquor derived from the alkaline reaction liquor by direct quick cooling, crystallization and filter without neutralization can be re-used for many times in DNS synethetie process, greatly deereashag the consumption of acid and base, and the wastewater discharging while the recovery rate of DNS being stabilized at about 85%.
