摘要
分析了２１例主动脉窦瘤患者的病理解剖和病程特点，对手术方法进行讨论，强调在修补窦瘤破口及室间隔缺损时应避免引起或加重主动脉瓣关闭不全。
The clinical course,pathological anatomy and operating technique of 21 patients treated in this hospital are analysed.Twenty them were cured with 1 operative death,but no late death in this series.of the survivors were found with mild to moderate aortic insuficiency during following up.The results suggested that residual aortic insuficiency was the major detrimental factor for operative death and long term results.Therefore,the coexiting aortic insuficiency should be judged carefully and corrected appropriately during the operation.
