摘要
本文介绍了固体渗硼剂中通过添加微量的碘来达到催渗的目的,同时对催渗机理进行了讨论。试验结果表明,在固体渗硼剂中添加微量碘后有催渗作用,不但可以提高渗速,而且渗层厚度也有明显增加。讨论认为碘的催渗作用在机理上主要受两方面因素的影响,即在被渗金属表面上附有活性的碘原子源;碘原子能使被渗金属的晶格产生畸变。图3,表1,参3。
It covers the idea of adding trace element indine to solid boronisation in order to hasten the seeping of solid boronisation, and it also study the principle of the seeping hasten. The experiment proves that adding trace element iodine to solid boronisation not only can hasten the seeping of solid boronisation, but also increase obviously the thickness of the seeping boron layer. The study finds that the function of iodine in the seeping hasten is affected by two factors. One is that there have to be a resource of active iodine attaching on the surface of the metal which are being seeped. Anotheris that the atom of the iodine should cause a dislortion of the crystal of the metal being seeped. 3figs. 1tab. 3refs.
