摘要
教育方针是国家根据政治、经济和社会发展的要求提出来的总方向和总目标,是教育工作的根本指导思想。不同的时期因关注重点的不同需要相应的教育方针来对国家的教育事业进行指导,因而从历史发展的角度来对教育方针的过去和现在进行考察,并在变化中找出一般规律,为未来的教育方针进行预测是科学有效的。
Based upon the needs of political, economical, and sncial development, educational policies are the general direction and overall objective put forward by the state; they are the essential guiding ideology for education as well. Different periods of time have different focuses, which requires different educational politicos to guide the state＇s educational cause. It is thus a scientific and effective way to review the past and presence of education policies, to find out the general laws among variations, and to predict future＇s education policies from the angle of historical development,
