摘要
科技伦理研究应该实行人文转向,这是科技伦理研究的一个新提法。不仅科技伦理评价的本质要求科技伦理实行人文转向,而且从科技伦理的人文价值中,能够更深层次地让人们认识到科技伦理研究实行人文转向的迫切性。同时,对当代科技发展作人文思考,会使我们进一步认识到对科技伦理研究实行人文转向的时代意义。
It is a new idea that the study of scientific and technical ethics should carry out human translation. Not only the essence estimate but also human value in which do make somebody be cognizant of the value and the clamant needs of the humanity translation in a deeper levels. At the same time, it will make us cognize the age meaning that the human translation has been accomplished by scientific and technical ethics study.
