机床传动链误差动态测量及误差源诊断系统的研究

摘要 本文介绍了一种新型传动链误差微机动态测量与分析系统。该系统集数据采集与处理、误差源诊断于一体,消除了原理性误差,拓宽了可测误差频率范围,可由软件控制对待测信号实现任意整数倍分频的比相技术。通过对YB3180H型滚齿机分齿传动链误差的实测与分析,证明了该系统的可靠性。 A new tyre of error dynamic measuring and analysing system of transmssion chain by microcomputer is introduced in this paper. Data collecting and processing is combined with error source diagnosing in the system, which eleminates principle error and widens the brequency sphese of measurable error. This specific technique could realise frequency division with signal to be measured at arbitrily integer times by software control. We have measured and analysed the error of the transmission chain of gear hobbing machine YB3180H. The resultes prove that the system is reliable and can be used in other machine tools .
