摘要
机动车第三者责任保险是一种能有效保护因交通事故而受害的第三者利益的法律制度。《道路交通安全法》颁布实施后,我国机动车第三者责任保险立法已不能适应保护因交通事故而受害的第三者利益的需求,本文在借鉴国外先进经验的基础上,提出完善我国机动车第三者责任保险的立法措施,希望能够适应国内外形势的需求,推进我国机动车责任保险的有效利用。
The third-party liability insurance of motor vehicles is a kind of law system, which can effectively protect the benefit of the third party who is injured in the accidents. After the enactment and implement of The Road Traffic Security Law, the legislation of the third-party liability insurance of motor vehicles in our country hasn＇t accommodated to protect the benefit of the third party who is injured in the accidents. Referring to the foreign advanced experience, this passage puts forward the perfection of the legislative measures of the third-party liability insurance of motor vehicles in our country, which can meet the requirements of domestic and abroad situation, and also improve the effective using of the liability insurance of motor vehicles in our country.
