摘要
人权是社会主义政治文明的本质要求。今天中国人权入宪为国家权力和社会权利的划分奠定了法治的基础,是社会主义政治文明的重要制度保障。中国的人权入宪也必须建立在中国国情的基础上。
Human rights are the essential requests of the socialistic political civilization. The admission of human rights to constitution in china today bases the separation of state-powers and society-rights on rule of law, which is the imporent systematic guaranty to socialistic political civilization. The admission of human rights to constitution in china should be based on the state of china itself.
