优秀篮球运动员流畅心理状态的特征表现 被引量:1

The Character of Fluent Psychology of Excellent Basketball Athlete

摘要 运动员的流畅心理状态是当今心理学中的前沿课题,它对于运动员取得优异的运动成绩有着积极的意义。流畅心理状态是指运动员在比赛中完全投入到他所参与的活动和任务中去,关注自己技术动作的完成,而不去关注自己的比赛成绩,取得难于想象的好成绩的心理过程。优秀篮球运动员在不同训练年限,不同级别,不同性别等方面均存在差异。并尝试提出了优秀篮球运动员产生流畅心理状态的基本条件。 Fluent psychology of athlete is precede subject in the present sport psychology. It has active singnificance of athlete to make excellent achievements. Fluent psychology is the psychologyical process that athlete take himself to activities and task that he can not make in the train, pay no attention to his match achievements, and make ineredible excellent achievement. The excellent basketball athletes have difference train years, different grade and different sex. This reseaich that try to set forth the elemental conditions of our basketball athletes engender to fluent psychology.
