摘要
研究了菱锰矿、石英在油酸钠溶液体系中的流水絮凝行为,并有效地絮凝浮选分离了菱锰矿-石英混合矿,得出了最佳的分离条件。应用扩展的DLVO理论讨论了菱锰矿和石英在油酸钠溶液中的凝聚行为和机理。结果表明,菱锰矿颗粒在油酸钠体系中,相互间作用力为引力,可以发生凝聚;而石英颗粒之间以及石英-菱锰矿颗粒之间相互作用力均为斥力,不能发生凝聚。
In this paper,the flocculation behaviours of rhodochrosite andquartz in sodium oleatesystem are studied,the testing conditions discussed and the flocculation mechanism ofrhodochrosite andquartz analysed by the extended DLVO theory.The test results and theorical calculations have provedthat the extended DLVO theory can describe the coagulation and flocculation of ydrophobicrhodochrosite particles and hydrophililc quartz particles.
