摘要 糖尿病肾病(DiabeticNephropathy,DN)又称糖尿病肾小球硬化(DiabeticGlomerulosclerosis),是糖尿病(DiabetesMellitus,DM)的主要慢性并发症之一.大约有30%~35%的1型或2型糖尿病患者将发展至肾病[1].
