摘要
阐述了高职教育在目前高等教育中的特点是:高职人才培养不只是学校单向的培养和输送,而是由于企业与学校对“人才”目标一致下,合作培养共求发展的需要.并分析了企业利益与高职人才流向和高职教育与行业发展的关系,提出了传统的校企人才供求观将被校企合作形成高职人才培养与使用的良性循环优势所替代的观点.
With successful cooperation between colleges and enterprises, the features of vocational education have been better recognized. The author demonstrates that advanced vocational talent training is not simply a way from college to the society, but is the cooperation between the two sides to meet the development needs with the same requirements for talents. After analyzing the relationship between companies＇ interests and talents＇ work selection and between the vocational education and the development of vocation itself, the author points out that the tradition- al way of supplying talents from college to enterprise will be replaced by the way of cooperation between college and enterprise. The new way shows the advantage to train vocational talents in a rewarding circle for their learning and practicing.
