摘要
工程项目特点决定了对承包商面临着很大的风险。采用AHP方法来选择项目,为影响项目的风险因素和可供选择的项目构建了一个层次结构,并提出分析模型和计算方法,通过实例分析,AHP能够优先考虑影响因子,由此得到项目的权重综合排序,从而选择最后的项目。该方法能减少人为因素的影响,增强了决策的客观性和科学性。
The character of construction project determines that the contractor will face many risks. In this paper, The AHP approach is used in selecting project. A hierarchy structure is constructed for evaluation criteria and the selecting project. Analysis model and calculation method is put forward, by connect the example, the criteria can be prioritized and a descending-order list of projects can be made in order to select the best project to perform. This approach provides a new efficacious channel to reduce the effect of artificial factors and strengthen decision- making objectivity and scientific features.
