摘要
本文对东城区１９８７－１９９４年８９９例育龄妇女死亡资料进行了分析。死亡率随着年龄增加而上升。前三位死因依次为肿瘤、心血管、意外死亡。４４－４９岁组意外死亡率明显增高，提示更年期保健的重要性。孕产妇死亡率为２９．２８／１０万，在全国范围内处于较低水平。
AnAnalysisofdeathdataof899usesofchildbearingagewomeninDongchenDistrictduring1987-1994wascarriedout.Theresultsindicatedthatthedeathratewasincreasedwithage.Thethreeleadingdeathcauseswereasfollows:Cancers,heart-vasculardiseasesandaccidents(unexpecteddeath).Theunexpecteddeathrateof44-49agegroupwassignificant-lyincreasedwhichsuggestedthattheimportanceofhealthcareinclimactericwomen.Thedeathrateofpregnantandchildbearingwomenwas29.28/100000,whichwasarrangedonlowerlevelinChina.
