摘要
某工程的大型钢结构屋盖支撑于少量不规则的格构式钢柱上,造形复杂,且有部分悬挑,横向和纵向跨度都很大。利用有限元程序对其进行施工过程的模拟分析,为施工过程的分析提出合适的计算力学模型、计算方法,并对施工过程进行仿真模拟。分析结果为该结构的施工提供了精确的数值分析结果和动态模拟。
The steel roof for a large steel project is supported on several irregular steel columns. It has a complex model, large spans in two directions as well as long cantilevers. The universal finite element software (ANSYS) is used to analyze and trace the construction process. The appropriate mechanical models, analysis methods for the steel structure and simulation of erection procedures are proposed. According to the results, the most unfavorable positions and the best for temporary supporting systems during construction procedure are determined. The accurate numerical results and dynamic simulation are obtained for the structural construction.
