Deals with some specific measures and methods for the improvement of China’s international online retrieval service in five aspects: stablizing the personnel of international online retrieval; raising their professional skill; practising the system of employing qualified personnel; improving supplementary equipments and facilities; and popularizing the knowledge on information retrieval.
