摘要
分析了传统装配序列规划的不足,建立了考虑子装配体稳定性的目标函数,采用带记忆的遗传算法进行装配序列规划;在初始种群生成时,可以输入带专家知识的可行装配序列改善种群的组成成份;在各种群的生成过程中,始终保留所获得的当前最优可行装配序列,确保算法最终收敛到最优或近优解。最后以实例说明该方法的有效性。
The deficiency of traditional assembly sequence planning was analyzed. The target function that takes the stability of sub-assembly into consideration was established and the assembly sequence planning was carried out by adopting the genetic algorithm having memory ability. While the primary population is forming, the making up composition of feasible assembly sequence for population improvement that having the knowledge of expert could be inputted. During the making up courses of various populations the obtained current optimal feasible assembly sequence was retained from beginning to end so as to ensure the algorithm be finally converged to an optimal or a closer solution. The effectiveness of this method was explained at last by living examples.
