摘要
阐述了基金会的社会作用 ,提出我国要加快发展图书馆事业 ,应成立图书馆基金会 ,并对图书馆基金会的任务。
Interprets the social function of the foundation. It suggests that library foundation should be set up in order to speed up the development of library cause, and analyses the tasks, running methods and fund resources of library foundation.
