摘要
目的探讨风险管理在开放管理精神科防范医疗纠纷和投诉中的作用。方法制订风险管理制度,并组织护士认真学习落实;完善和修订预防病人逃跑、预防自伤自杀等告知制度。结果密切了护患关系,降低了护理纠纷和投诉的发生率。结论风险管理尊重病人及其家属,体现了“以人为本”的思想,护士与病人及其家属之间沟通加强,将高风险因素降至最低限度。
Objective To explore the effect of risk management on the prevention of medical disputes and complaints in open psychiatric department. Method Establishing risk management system and organizing nurses to learn about it,supervising the implementation,improving and amending the informed rules of prevention of patients' escape and suicide. Results This practice facilitated nurse - patient relationship,reduced nursing disputes and complaints. Conclusion Risk management embodied the human - centered idea of respecting patients and their family members,strengthened the communication between nurses and patients and their family members ,and minimized the risk factors.
