摘要
目的提高护理大专生临床观察思维能力。方法以临床常用消毒剂、无菌物品灭菌方法和带教情况等为主要内容设计问卷,对35名临床实习大专护生进行调查,了解“教”与“学”情况;加强对带教老师的管理和教学相关知识培训,选择启发式和参与式教学法进行临床带教;通过教学查房、术中护理记录书写和考试评价带教效果。结果对带教老师教学态度满意度由82.9%上升到97.1%,护生考试和临床观察思维能力考核优秀率达94.3%。结论培训优秀的临床带教老师,选择启发式和参与式教学法是提高大专护生临床观察思维能力的有效方法。
Objective To improve the ability of clinical observation and thinking in associated degree nursing students. Methods The following measures were carried out,including investigating the situation of teaching and learning through an investigation on 35 nursing students with the self - designed questionnaire about the teaching contents of common disinfector, means of sterilization and teaching - quality of clinical teachers, enhancing the management and training of clinical teachers with heuristic and participant teaching model, evaluating the effect of teaching through teaching round, practice of periopeative nursing records and examination. Results As a result,the students' satisfaction with clinical teachers increased from 82, 9% to 97.1% ,the excel lent rate of observing and thinking ability exams achieved to 94.3%. Conclusion It was an effective method to train excellent clinical teachers and apply heuristic and participant teaching mode for the improvement of nursing students' ability of clinical observation and thinking.
