摘要
用测定腐蚀电位和阻抗参数随涂层浸泡时间函数关系的方法,研究了涂料系统的构成:化学成分、漆膜厚度、涂布次数与涂层阻蚀性的关系。结果表明,当保护性基于屏蔽作用时,与涂布次数及总厚度之间存在密切关系;底漆中含有致钝成分时,涂布次数与涂层厚度的关系对阻蚀性的影响减弱。
The protective action of paint systems as function of the chemical composition, the film thickness and the number of coats was explored by measuring corrosion potential and impendance vetor varied with immersion time. When the protection is based on a barrier effect,it is shown that a close relation exists between the total thickness and the number of coats. While an anti corrosive primer is applied to the metal subtrate as a part of the paint system with consequently passivating effect、the number of coats and the film thickness have less influence.
