摘要
为了解气体轴承在高速旋转时的机理,运用动静压气体轴承设计的原则,设计一种新的气体轴承试验台。试验台主要包括驱动装置、加载装置、测试环节、减振结构和主轴部分,针对几个主要部分做了详细的说明,并选用了恰当的传感器测出在主轴旋转时流场内的间隙值和压力值。经过实验验证,该系统可以很好地满足实际稳定性要求。
In order to understand the mechanism of air bearing when it is rotating at high speed, a new air bearing test-bed has been designed with using principle of dynamic-static air bearing design. Test-bed mainly ineludes drive device, loading device, test taehe, damping structure and principal axis. Aim at primary parts, a detailed illustration and ehoosen will be made appropriate sensors to measure the value of clearance and pressure when the principal axis is rotating. By the proving of experimentation, this system can primely satisfy required stability.
