摘要
通过分析JD系列多绳标准箕斗使用过程中存在的问题,对该标准系列箕斗的卸载方式、悬挂连接装置、箱体结构和材料多方面进行了技术改造,研制出新型箕斗,保证了该系列多绳箕斗的安全运行。
Base on the analysis on the existing problems occurred from the operation of the JD series multi rope standard skip, technical rebuilding were made to the unloading method, suspended connection device, box structure and material of the standard series skip. A new type skip was researched and developed to ensure the safety operation of the series skip.
